Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q1: I am looking for a new job and I am not an NHM employee. Can I apply?
A: No. This opportunity is strictly for existing contractual employees of NHM Odisha who are working in other districts and want a transfer to Khordha. It is not an open recruitment drive.
Q2: What will happen if I reach the venue after 12:00 Noon for registration?
A: The notification clearly states that candidates who fail to register between 10:00 AM and 12:00 Noon will not be considered for the interview.
Q3: How exactly will the selection be made? Will my interview performance matter?
A: The selection is based purely on your seniority in your current post. The person with the longest continuous service will be selected. The interview is primarily for document verification.
Q4: Where can I get the application form?
A: You can download the application form from the official Khordha district website: https://khordha.odisha.gov.in.
Q5: What does "highest length of incumbency" mean?
A: It simply means the longest period of continuous service in the same post. For example, if two counselors apply, the one who has been working as a counselor for more years will be selected.
