Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Degree in Law from a university or institution recognized by the State or Central Government.
Professional Qualification
Applicants must be enrolled as an advocate in the roll of the Bar Council of any State or Union Territory in India on the date of the advertisement.

WBJS 2025 – Selection Process
The examination consists of three successive stages:
