Nationality & Age Limit
Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 32 years of age as of 25th August 2025.
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable for reserved categories as per government rules.

Must have passed +3 Examination (Bachelor's Degree) AND a Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from a recognized institute.
Junior Typist Skill
Minimum speed of 40 words per minute in typewriting.
Stenographer Skill
Minimum speed of 80 WPM in shorthand and 40 WPM in typewriting.
Salaried Amin
Must have passed Matriculation (10th) AND must have passed Revenue Inspector (RI) Training.
Language Proficiency and Other Conditions
Must be able to speak, read, and write Odia and have passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. standard.
Must be of good character and sound health.
If married, must not have more than one spouse living.
