SBI SCO Recruitment 2025: Post-wise Eligibility Criteria
General Manager (IS Audit)
- Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics or related fields OR MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc in similar disciplines.
- Essential Certifications (All 3 Mandatory): CISA, CEH, ISO 27001:LA.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in BFSI/IT on IS Audit/Cyber Security Audit, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
Assistant Vice President (IS Audit)
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Essential Certifications (Both Mandatory): CISA and ISO 27001:2022 LA.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in BFSI/IT, with 3 years in IS Audit/Cyber Security Audit.
Deputy Manager (IS Audit)
- Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Essential Certifications (Mandatory): CISA.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in BFSI/IT, with 2 years in IS Audit/Cyber Security Audit.
Remuneration and Pay Scale
For Contractual Posts (GM & AVP)
- General Manager: Annual CTC up to ₹1.00 Crore.
- Assistant Vice President: Annual CTC up to ₹44 Lakhs.
- CTC Structure: The CTC will be bifurcated into Fixed Pay (85%) and Variable Pay (15%).
- Annual Increment: An annual increment of 7-10% may be provided based on satisfactory performance.
For Regular Post (Deputy Manager)
- Grade/Scale: Middle Management Grade Scale - II (MMGS-II)
- Pay Scale: ₹64820-2340/1-67160-2680/10-93960
- The officer will also be eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, PF, and other allowances as per bank rules.

Selection Process Details
