Remuneration for BSF Coach and Support Staff
The monthly remuneration is based on qualification and can be increased based on experience and achievements.
Head Coach Remuneration
- For Post Graduates: Fixed at ₹50,000/month, can be increased up to ₹1,00,000/month.
- For Graduates: Fixed at ₹40,000/month, can be increased up to ₹80,000/month.
Physiotherapist / S&C Coach Remuneration
- For Post Graduates: Fixed at ₹50,000/month, can be increased up to ₹1,00,000/month.
- For Graduates: Fixed at ₹40,000/month, can be increased up to ₹80,000/month.
Terms & Conditions of Contractual Engagement
- Tenure: The engagement is initially for one year and can be extended up to a maximum of three years based on performance.
- Leave Policy: Contractual employees are entitled to 30 days of leave in a calendar year on a pro-rata basis. Unused leave will lapse at the end of the year.
- TA/DA Policy: No Travel Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) will be paid for attending the interview, for joining the assignment, or upon its completion.
Eligibility for this Sarkari Naukri
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria as on 15th October 2025:
- Age Limit: Below 45 years.
- Head Coach Qualification: Graduation with a recognized diploma/degree in coaching (e.g., from NS NIS, SAI). Requires a minimum of 5 years of coaching experience at the national level.
- Sports Physiotherapist / S&C Coach Qualification: Master's Degree in a relevant domain (e.g., Sports Physiotherapy, Sports Nutrition). Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience with national-level teams.
