Salary & Career Progression for this Engineering Job
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration that increases each year, with a clear path for career growth.
Year-wise Remuneration
- 1st Year: ₹30,000 per month
- 2nd Year: ₹35,000 per month
- 3rd Year (if extended): ₹40,000 per month

Career Progression to Project Engineer
After completing 2 years as a Trainee Engineer, candidates with a strong performance (80% or more in assessments) may be considered for advancement to the post of Project Engineer-I. After completing a total of 4 years, these advanced engineers are also eligible for a Retention Bonus of ₹1,00,000.
Selection Process & Written Test Pattern
Selection will be based on a written test. Here are the key details:
- Exam Duration: 90 minutes
- Total Questions: 85 questions
- Syllabus: Questions will cover both Technical (from your engineering discipline) and General Aptitude.
- Marking Scheme: 1 mark for a correct answer.
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
