What "In-House Selection" Means for You

This is not a fresh recruitment. It's a process designed to fill vacancies in Nuapada by giving a chance to experienced NHM staff from other districts to get a transfer. To be eligible, you must meet these three conditions:
- You must be a current contractual employee under the OSH&FW Society (NHM).
- You must be working in the exact same post you are applying for (for example, a Block Programme Manager in Angul can apply for the Block Programme Manager post in Nuapada).
- You must have a "No Objection Certificate (NOC) cum Continuation Certificate" from your current CDM & PHO. This is the most important document you'll need.
