Selection is purely based on career marking, followed by document verification for shortlisted candidates.
Career-Making Weightage:
- Secondary (10th): 10%
- Higher Secondary (12th): 15%
- Graduation: 25%
- Post-Graduation: 30%
- Additional courses (M.Phil / Ph.D. related to child rights): 10%
- Work Experience: 10%
In case of a tie, preference will be given to candidates with experience in child-rights initiatives.
