3. Detailed Remuneration & Posting Hardship Allowance
Contractual teachers are paid consolidated monthly remuneration from the School Fund. Depending on the posting location (Normal vs. Hard/Very Hard), the following rates apply:

4. Who Can Apply? Eligibility Criteria
A. Educational Qualifications
- PGTs must possess:
- A Master’s degree in the relevant subject with ≥ 45% aggregate from a recognized university;
- Plus a B.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution.
- TGTs must possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject with ≥ 45% aggregate;
- Plus a B.Ed. from an NCTE-recognized institution.
